One is the EVO Oil, a very old product that, immersed in Verona's hills, has a great quality. Some of the firms that produce oil organize tastings with this famous product.

- The CORTE BORGHETTI winery, in Marano di Valpolicella, offers tastings on warm bread crust of its hand-picked and cold-pressed oil. The tasting of the oil produced on the farm is also included in the tastings dedicated to wine.

- At the SCRIANI winery, in Fumane, you can taste excellent oil, either alone or accompanied by breadsticks.

- At the FRATELLI VOGADORI winery, in Negrar, you can taste,, their homemade oil on bread and discover all the secrets of oil production.

- The NICOLIS winery, in San Pietro di Valpolicella , is waiting for you to buy their fantastic oil, also on site you will have the opportunity to taste it and then choose which one is most suitable for you.
